Free Trial
The 14-day free trial is completely free. No payment is required and no charges apply if you do not upgrade.
How We Bill
Manufacturing BI Copilot is billed monthly via UPI, NEFT, or bank transfer. Your plan is activated after payment is confirmed.
Refunds
Refund requests submitted within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the request.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if the platform was used to generate significant production data, AI plans, or reports before the request was made.
Refunds are not available after 7 days from first payment date.
Monthly renewals are non-refundable.
Service Issues
If Manufacturing BI Copilot experiences a platform-side outage that significantly affects your operations, we may provide a plan extension, account credit, or refund at our discretion based on the severity and duration of the interruption.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Your access continues until your current billing period ends. No partial refunds for unused days.
Your Data After Cancellation
We aim to delete inactive account data within 90 days of your subscription ending. Database backups managed by our infrastructure provider may persist for an additional period beyond this.
We strongly recommend noting down important production records before cancelling your subscription.
