Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Manufacturing BI Copilot (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service application that lets manufacturing businesses upload production, inventory, order, and quality data and ask plain-English questions about it. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent ("you", "your account").

2. What Manufacturing BI Copilot Provides

Manufacturing BI Copilot provides tools for:

• Daily production report management
• AI-generated production planning
• Order and dispatch tracking
• Inventory and raw material management
• Machine downtime and OEE monitoring
• Operational alerts and analytics
• AI-powered factory data queries

Some features send your question (and relevant schema/metric context, never a bulk export of your raw records) to a third-party AI provider to generate a database query or plan — see the Privacy Policy for details on this AI processing.

3. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated production plans, scheduling recommendations, and operational insights are intended to assist your decision-making.

Your supervisors and managers remain responsible for verifying AI recommendations before acting on them in your factory.

Manufacturing BI Copilot is not liable for production decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.

4. Accounts, Trials, and Plans

New accounts start on a 14-day free trial with usage limits on orders, inventory items, and AI questions (see Pricing). Trial expiry or reaching a usage limit blocks new writes only — your existing data remains intact and viewable. Paid plans are billed monthly and activated manually via UPI, NEFT, or bank transfer; contact us at support@example.com to upgrade, renew, or ask about billing.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your Data

You own the production, inventory, order, and other business data you upload or enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). We access Customer Data only to provide, maintain, and support the Service, and never sell it. Each company's data is logically isolated from every other company's — see the Privacy Policy and Security page for how that isolation is enforced.

6. Fair Use Policy

AI Copilot queries are available for normal daily factory operations. Automated, scripted, or bulk querying beyond normal business use is not permitted and may result in account suspension without refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Manufacturing BI Copilot to:

• Enter false production, order, or inventory data intentionally;
• Create multiple accounts to bypass trial limits;
• Share your account with users from other companies;
• Attempt to access another factory's data;
• Automate AI queries beyond normal use;
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform;
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend an account for suspected abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. A suspended account's data is preserved, not deleted, unless you request deletion or applicable law requires otherwise. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Manufacturing BI Copilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to production losses, missed orders, inventory errors, or decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Manufacturing BI Copilot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Satara, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
